Refund policy

Custom & Personalised Items
Due to the bespoke nature of our products, custom or personalised items cannot be returned or refunded, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

Non-Custom Items
If an item is not personalised, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original condition.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Please ensure:

  • Names, text, colours, sizes, and selections are correct

  • Any additional instructions are clear and complete

Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
